Every engagement starts with a 30-minute scoping call. We assess your workflow, define the inputs and outputs, identify integration requirements, and confirm the pricing tier. If your workflow qualifies, we start the sprint.
Weeks 2 through 4 are the build. We integrate with your systems, test against real workflow scenarios, and deliver a working demo before we deploy. You have approval rights throughout.
At 30 days, the agent is in production. We stay on for 90 days of support as you scale usage — then your team runs it with the documentation and runbooks we've provided.
We don't bill for time. We price for working software. If it takes us longer than planned, that's our problem, not yours.
Clear scope prevents project drift, scope creep, and the "almost done" trap. Every engagement starts with a scoping call for a reason.
We don't consider an engagement successful until the agent is running on real data in your real environment. Demos don't count.
We write documentation for your team, not for us. The goal is that you never need to call us again — unless you want to build another agent.
We select the right infrastructure for your workflow and security requirements. We don't have preferred vendors and we don't take referral fees.
