Every engagement is scoped and priced before we start. You know the cost before you commit to anything.
FAQ
A workflow has a defined trigger, a series of steps, and a defined output. Examples: processing inbound leads, routing support tickets, drafting proposals from CRM data, running invoice reconciliation. If it has a start and an end, it's scopeable.
Scope changes require a new scope agreement and revised price. We don't absorb scope creep — but we define scope tightly enough at the start that this rarely happens. The scoping call exists precisely to prevent surprises.
Deployed to your environment, running on real data, integrated with your actual systems — not a sandbox. With documented edge cases, a test suite, and runbooks your team can use without us.
Your team runs the agent. The documentation and runbooks we provide are written for internal teams, not for us. If you want ongoing support beyond 90 days, we offer a maintenance retainer — ask about it on the scoping call.
We're platform-agnostic. We select the right underlying model and infrastructure based on your workflow requirements, security constraints, and where your data lives. We won't sell you a platform dependency.
We'll confirm whether your workflow qualifies and what tier it falls into — before you commit to anything.
