We're a small, focused team. Every person we hire touches production agents running in real workflows.
Agent Implementations runs on fixed-scope sprints. Every 30 days, a new workflow goes from brief to production. The pace is high and the output is real — there's no room for work that doesn't move toward a running agent.
We're a distributed team. We operate on async-first communication, document decisions clearly, and measure progress in shipped agents, not hours logged.
We hire people who have shipped things. Prototypes and pilots don't count — we want to know what's running in production and who's using it.
We care about practical judgment over depth in any one tool. The AI platform landscape changes every quarter. The ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make decisions under uncertainty matters more than tenure with any specific framework.
